the wine cellar

The ambitious project, finally completed in 2015, includes a new underground wine aging cave of 1,500 square meters consisting of 7 rooms: a barrel cellar for wine storage, a technical cellar with steel silos with top loading of the grapes and a warehouse for the bottles storage. It includes also spacious original rooms reserved for wine tastings and a reception hall with a large seats capacity to host any kind of event.

The visit and the full use of this original wine storing and aging construction that combines modern architecture and the traditions of the territory, have been suspended due to the pandemic and they will be resumed in the next future for new projects and for new challenges.
