The Gais Hotels Group in Taormina is owned and directly managed by the De Luca family, hotelliers since three generations.

The acronym "Gais" was formed using the initial letters of the names of its founders and proprietors. Nowadays identifies a preeminent hospitality company, offering customers the finest accommodations, services, amenities and value for business or leisure, following the age-old art of receiving guests.

With the Hotel Villa Diodoro, at the end of the nineteenth century, the family began its venture into the hotellerie in Taormina, the world famous sicilian town, chosen as unique source of inspiration, for the beauty and wealth of its history, not only as the company site but above all as their home.

The latest addition to the hotel group's portfolio are the Hotel Isabella a charming city center hotel and the Hotel Caparena, a four-star beach resort with a fully equipped Wellness Club.

Whether traveling for business or leisure, Gais Hotel Group's guests can also choose the Residence Villa Giulia, perfect setting for extended stay family-holidays and the Grand Hotel San Pietro, a city center luxury property, member of the internationally renowned Relais & Chateaux company.

Last but not least the new, but highly regarded, Wine Estate Chiuse del Signore, sitting grandly on a charming hilltop at 550 metres above the sea level, in the small town of Linguaglossa, in the Etna Natural Park. Producing first-rate wines and olive oils, this viticultural family-owned farm, dating back to the 20th century, express further their ability to run the business efficiently and profitably.
