The ambitious project, finally completed in 2015, includes a new underground wine aging cave of 1,500 square meters consisting of 7 rooms:
1. A barrel cellar for wine storage
2. A technical cellar with steel silos with top loading of the grapes
3 . A warehouse for the bottles storage
4. One Showroom for the sale of bottles and typical products
5. A very original room reserved for wine tastings
6. A technical room for the laboratory
7. A reception hall with a large seats capacity to host any kind of event, supported by the presence of a large car park outside.
The visit includes on demand, also the discovery of this original wine storing and aging construction that combines modern architecture and the traditions of the territory
